The customer may ask the supplier to deliver the ordered product (at the customer’s expense) or may collect the goods himself from the supplier.

If the delivery option is chosen, the supplier undertakes to deliver the goods within five working days after the registration and confirmation of the order except in case of stock shortage or contrary notice from the logistics department.

The deadlines mentioned on the website are only provided on an indicative purpose and do not entail any formal obligation. They represent the usual average of processing and delivery times.
Unless agreed by the Parties on a binding delivery, the Parties recognize and accept that no compensation can be obtained in case of late delivery.

The order will be validated upon receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the risk of loss or damage of the products is transferred to the customer when the contract is concluded.

As the right of withdrawal is not applicable between professionals when purchasing remotely, no return will be possible.

Only written complaints which reach us within eight days of receipt of the goods can be taken into consideration.
